Arrived Broken - major fracture. Not packaged well enough to prevent breakage - carton not even marked FRAGILE. Seller does not accept Returns. A costly loss for me. I requested a partial refund to cover a professional repair. Seller wants photos and receipts. Had item repaired at a cost of $27.00 but was not given a receipt - but without the receipt seller will not give any refund. I now own a stein with a noticeable βscarβ. Not Happy ! Will Never buy from this seller again. πππ
