Unfortunately for a brand new item the box was in a very bad state. The box had clearly been damaged before posting. Definite shame considering it was a gift and wasn't very presentable. Also took a very long time to be delivered, but can understand sometimes this is the couriers fault. Over all the the item inside was perfect and looks great.
