Hello, I received the dishes today, they are beautiful and they were beautifully packed—perfect, no chips, color great. But But, one large plate, the one on top of the pile and the handle on one of the cups was busted off. Not sure how that happened because it was packed inside of another box. Not sure of next steps. I can send pictures and they are date and time stamped.
