   As advertised. Shipped fast! Packaged very well! I have only dreamed of getting one of these rice cookers new. I was going to get a used one but, this came along at the right time and for the right price. My old one, from a different manufacturer, was just failing. I am thrilled with it! Now I can have perfect rice every time. This unit will probably last for decades! Zojirushi is the cream of the crop for this type of product. I want to give this seller 20 stars! Thank you! ありがとう！

   Really honest and above board seller. Responsive communication. The seller was very upfront about potential issues with the item, and when it didn’t work out refunded me within minutes.
