Condition was as advertised…figured out that an order directly from Amazon auto inserts buyer’s name on startup. 😊 did a full factory reset, fixed that! Funny though it’s a 12th gen but only has 2 gb RAM for 32 gb memory/ storage.specs on box align with this so no issue there. Took longer than expected to receive, but seller has excellent communication, so again, all good.
