Listing states item was located in Rialto, CA, but it was shipped from Ohio. Seller actually is in INDIA. Listing states Expedited Shipping , but it took 17 days for this bag to be delivered. Bought it on July 31 & it wasn t shipped until Aug. 12. Seller claims personal problems and stuff going on caused confusion and offered apology. Bag is nice, just as pictured, but does have a strong odor. I m airing it out before using it & am not keeping it in the house until the odor issue subsides.

Sent wrong item that was also defective. Contacted seller and was assured they would send the correct item. Seller even said they would check the item personally. After 4 days of no communication or notification of another being sent I aksed for a refund which was given. Frustrating.

Bought and paid for on the 28th, didn’t ship till the 31st…then past delivery date when arrived, I contacted seller with no response…still a nice bag for the price and will see how well it holds up over time…
