   Items were as described and shipping was prompt, but one item arrived broken. Seller immediately issued a partial refund- so great customer service. Overall I am happy but I do wish I had the full set. I hope seller will use thicker padding next time as one layer of small bubble wrap and a piece of paper were all that were between the glass item and the box.

   Arrived early and packaged well. The boots were as pictured and communication between the seller and I was excellent. I loved the little thank you note. Thank you!! I love them as much as you said I would!!
