Highly recommend this shop (Orsted designs). Item arrived 3 weeks before the estimated arrival date and was carefully packed. Excellent value as well, priced very fairly. Most importantly, seller is a consummate professional with excellent customer service. The item had a defect that the seller couldn't have noticed. After I let them know, they worked with me to have it fixed. They reimbursed me for the cost of repair. Communication was exceedingly polite, fast, and helpful. Highly recommend!

I can’t stress enough how great this figure is, if you’re a fan of the anime it’s definitely worth picking up! That being said, the item itself and everything pertaining to it was excellent. The packaging was perfect, the item unopened as advertised, intact, looks really good, purchased at a comparatively good price, and it arrived at a good time. Needless to say, the sellers did an amazing job, and had great communication about the item, highly recommended!
