The seller offered a partial refund for the first season, which I accepted. The seller then sent me an email with an apology. How many sellers actually apologize for a problem with an order? Purchased this while owner was out of town. She got back to me the day after she got back, and promptly shipped my item. It came days early, and was packaged beautifully and protected.
