Alex came highly recommended.. after sending payment he advised me immediately that product was no longer in stock but that he would send something comparable. We played message tag for about a week but he always kept in contact. Second bat I have bought from showtime softball bats. Have not got a chance to swing this one yet. Hoping to take a few swings with it tomorrow. Seller communicates very well, and helps to solve issues. We did have a little bit of hiccup with the shipping of this bat. No fault of the seller! Package was misplaced and found after 6 days at the facility. Not a huge deal but I assumed it was lost. Seller agreed to send me another one soon if it didn’t show up.

Seller sent the wrong item. The seller gave me two options - 1) send it back for a full refund or 2) to test the bat out for an entire week. I chose to test the bat out and I’m glad I did. Bat is exactly as the seller described - pertaining to its performance. The seller provided great customer service and was very responsive to all my emails. Mistakes happen and the seller made everything right - and was in constant communication. Five out of five stars!
