By selectively covering intricate parts of the card and then exposing it to sunlight, we are able to pull the color out of the exposed portion. But what's the catch? This process takes a full 1 to 2 years depending on the card being sun-bleached! All "Art Edition" sun-bleached cards from Studio B are produced in exceptionally low quantities and are ultra-exclusive. You won't find cards like this anywhere else. Studio B pioneered this process, and we are the only ones in the world to modify cards like this. We have been sun-bleaching Pokémon cards since the fall of 1999 and truly see the beauty in the art of the cards.
