I think it’s difficult when a seller does not provide a thorough description and appears to take advantage of assumptions based on available information but not explicitly stated. I would caution buyers with this seller to beware of ambiguity. The overall value of what I received is on par with many listings but is probably not a purchase I would have made had the listing been properly described. I would’ve held out for a better/different deal.
