I asked a ? abt. captions and rec'd an immediate reply which was great bc now some vendors don't have time to check & a DVD is no good for me without it. I ordered...again in no time I had my tracking info. Didn't really need it bc I had my order within a couple days. When opened the 1st thing I saw was how clean the case was, not a scratch! Some vendors DVDs look like they have been dumpster diving! The disc was shining and not a scratch! I appreciate this! Thank you for great customer service!

We had purchased this entire series elsewhere, but had been sold a duplicate cd 3 with no cd 2 in one of the seasons. I came by ebay and found this seller had exactly what I needed. Although I could not purchase just the one cd, the season with the three cd's was available and I just donated the rest to a local charity. The season came shrinked-wrapped, new condition, in a timely manner. The seller was polite, appreciative and offered a return policy. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
