   Item arrived crushed due to poor packing in a ripped letter envelope, with no padding. Seller does not accept returns and there is no way to contact the seller through ebay. Paid $5.00 shipping but seller only spent sixty cents for a stamped envelope. Not cool. Ebay blocked me from leaving negative feedback because there is no Contact Seller option.

   Seller accepted my offer but, unfortunately, part of the Olympic mascot pin came out of the envelope during mailing. Seller promptly refunded my purchase. Sometimes these things happen even though seller did use a bubble-wrap envelope. Thank you for taking care of things seamlessly and I'm sorry you lost money in the transaction.

   Items purchased were sold, packaged and shipped in a very professional manner. Items were received in a reasonable time frame. Seller's communications and attention to good business was much appreciated. I would recommend doing business with them again. I love my purchase.
