I had a positive experience with the store manager, who was very helpful and responsive. I purchased an item as a gift for a friend's 50th birthday in the US. The item arrived as described and was well-packaged via FedEx. However, it was held up in US customs for over a week, causing a shipping delay. I believe this was an isolated incident that doesn't reflect the seller's overall performance. The store manager provided excellent support by tracing the package and coordinating with FedEx for me

The shipment was shipped within the time frame promised during the order and the shipment arrived quickly at my address (4 days!!!). The card packs were packaged very carefully and arrived without damage. The cards are of high quality and original as promised.
