Item arrived very securely packaged, with cardboard panes for structure, multiple bubble wrap layers, and a sturdy multi-ply plastic FedEx envelope. Product's actual packaging was only mildly damaged, as I find is often the case regardless of an item being used or new. The figure herself is in excellent condition, with all of her original inner protection packaging intact (small plastic sleeves over individual parts, et cetera). She's gorgeous.

Well I gotta say this seller is really great. Finding a figure that’s half the price being sold anywhere else makes you kinda skeptical but when it turns up and is genuine, great packaging, after shipped it was delivered quick, figure is even more beautiful in person. I definitely would buy again from the seller. It took a while to be shipped out, about 9 days but that was expected since the seller stated this in their descriptions.

As expected, the REI AYANAMI figure came in excellent condition and was in undamaged original packaging. The shipping from Japan was very fast, and the packaging around the box was carefully done—thank you! I do not yet know whether I'll have to pay taxes.
