Great communication, messaging me before the package even shipped, talking with me during the shipping process, and having a handwritten note in the box at arrival. Packaged well, with a layer of bubble foam inbetween the console box and the shipping box, the console was protected by the original packaging. At initial power on, everything worked as it should, and was a decent price for the condition and model.
