It took the seller a minute to respond to my query regarding a ship date. It took 11 days to ship. She's in good condition other than part of her hair being broken off as can be seen in my picture. The defect is relatively minor though noticable since it's at the top of her head. This does annoy me a bit since the condition was marked as "excellent+". This may be why no taken pictures were provided. The figure was noticeably cheaper compared to other sellers, so I'll let it slide. Be careful tho

Packaged very well and product was high quality, coming exactly as described in excellent condition. After sale seller contacted me immediately to explain how items were to ship. I did not appreciate the 10 day hold before shipping the product out (one of the first times I experienced this and I have purchased quite a few import items over the last year or so. It did arrive quicker than the anticipated 45 days after shipment so that was appreciated.
