Extremely Impressed with the seller. The shipping came a few days before the original date, the packing was so thorough done, the VCR was rapped with a lot of bubble , the space on the inside box was filled with brown paper so the idem will not move, and the outside was an eBay box, very very professional done. The value was great, better than other sellers, and as described. The 30 days return policy gave us confidence . The VCR works great for now, hope that will stay this way.

Fast shipping. Securely packaged. However, arm still managed to move thus damaging the needle and start/stop button does not work. Surely not the seller’s fault but a return was agreed upon anyway. Awesome customer relations!
