   Unfortunately I never received the item due to the inefficiency of the mail carrier. However, this in no way was the fault of the seller and I must say the seller was very quick to respond when I contacted him . I was sent an immediate refund and an apology from the seller who acted in a very professional and courteous manner throughout. Despite not receiving the badge I will still give this seller 5 stars for providing an excellent example of good old customer service. Thank you.

   Ich bin rundum zufrieden! Der Artikel kam schnell, war sehr gut verpackt und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Qualität hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.    Has just arrived, promptly and as described. Extremely well packaged, For information, I bought the item simply because I used to live in the town of Blaydon, and know it well. The letter's recipient appears to have been a dentist there. Money very well spent. PS I'll see what other items the seller has for sale.
