Interaction and communication with the seller was excellent. Unfortunately, the CD arrived with several cracks all the way through the thickness of the disc, making it impossible to play all the tracks. The damage had to have occurred during shipment, since the selling condition was listed as Very Good. The seller issued a refund as soon as I contacted him about the issue, and thus made the situation as pleasant as possible.
