XLNT seller. This seller is a true professional. Answers questions promptly. Product was as described. It's always risky ordering a guitar online, especially when the shipping is from as far away as Japan. You never know how many people will be handling it going from carrier to carrier. Much love was put into the packing to ensure a safe journey. Strings were loosened to protect the neck. Overall my experience was with this seller was an A+. Will definitely do business with again!~

Delivery time took two weeks to Australia, QLD, exactly as expected and arrived packed well [guitar foam case scrunch papers box orientated]. Guitar was as described and in fine playing condition after restringing/tuning. Communication from the seller was fantastic, Yoshi responded quickly and helped with advice/info about shipping.
