XLNT seller. This seller is a true professional. Answers questions promptly. Product was as described. It's always risky ordering a guitar online, especially when the shipping is from as far away as Japan. You never know how many people will be handling it going from carrier to carrier. Much love was put into the packing to ensure a safe journey. Strings were loosened to protect the neck. Overall my experience was with this seller was an A+. Will definitely do business with again!~

The guitar had some issues not described but the seller made it right with a partial refund. Shipping from Japan to the USA took 2 days, extremely quick shipping time and very surprising in a good way. Packaging was ok but if it had to take a longer journey than 2 days I would not be satisfied. I plan to buy more from this shop due to the fast shipping turnaround time, however if the seller reads this please use more bubble wrap and less paper for securing the guitar in the box.
