I ordered a guitar from Japan to the US. I was worried it would be fake, damaged, used (when advertised as new), take a long time to arrive, etc. But, this was a great experience. The seller answered all of my questions, verified the serial number, negotiated a fair price, and shipped in protective packaging. The guitar arrived very fast, was set up perfectly, but had a tiny scratch. He/She made sure that I was fairly compensated, even beyond the amount I requested; I was refunded $300. Amazing!

I'd like to thank Yoshi for his service. The guitar came exactly as described (if not better than expected), and properly packaged safely. He responded quickly when I had a concern about the FedEx tracking and went out of his way to contact FedEx there in Japan to get more clarity and ease my mind. XLNT seller. This seller is a true professional. Answers questions promptly. Product was as described. It's always risky ordering a guitar online, especially when the shipping is from as far away as Japan. You never know how many people will be handling it going from carrier to carrier. Much love was put into the packing to ensure a safe journey. Strings were loosened to protect the neck. Overall my experience was with this seller was an A+. Will definitely do business with again!~
