Canada and International items do not have tracking, but have a customs number to show the item shipped and that it was sent and when it arrived in their country. I also send out email to them to let them know when the item is shipped. I am very keen on communication and if for some reason you email me and I do not respond, then try again as most likely I did not receive the email. Thank you. SHIPPING TIME- This area bothers me the most as in most cases I ship my items from 1-3 days from payment received, so please note that when rating this area.
