Item accurately described and well packed for shipping. I made a counter offer for this item with a shipping amount of $4.95. My offer was accepted. When I went to checkout I noticed the shipping went to over $9.00. I did not think this was fair, but I decided to pay and obtain the item. I do not know Ebay's policy on that so I just let it go. This has happened to me on several "make an offer" items.
