Seller accepted a lower offer since the listing had errors and two of the puzzles were not “as described”. Seller seemed confused that one puzzle had in writing “missing 1 piece” on the box and when they arrived another box was badly damaged, (shipped that way)? even though they were all listed as being ”in great condition”?? Grateful for the small partial refund, but Seller should focus more on the accuracy of their listings to avoid such issues.

Great supplier contact. Initial contact was a question about a pattern for sale, the response was quick and to the point. Purchased the pattern and it was well packaged and on time shipment. Honestly, my experience with eBay is almost none, so this seller has given me the confidence to no longer hesitate shopping/searching for specific wanted goods.
