Excellent communication, and condition and quality was as described and it was packaged wonderfully. As a leaflet book I was expecting it to come in a simple Brown envelope with some bubbles wrap, but it came in a plastic package that was perfectly sealed so it would not get wet (which was great because when it arrived today it was raining ) as well as with a piece of cardboard so that it would not get bent along the way. Well definitely be looking into this shop again. 10/10 recommend

Seller accepted a lower offer since the listing had errors and two of the puzzles were not “as described”. Seller seemed confused that one puzzle had in writing “missing 1 piece” on the box and when they arrived another box was badly damaged, (shipped that way)? even though they were all listed as being ”in great condition”?? Grateful for the small partial refund, but Seller should focus more on the accuracy of their listings to avoid such issues.
