Once shipped, the item arrived with swiftness and in excellently-put-together packaging. However, upon receipt of the package, I noticed that one small piece was missing. It wasn't critical to the item's function, but this was nevertheless not reflected in the description. I contacted the seller, and through swift and clear communication the issue was handily resolved. 10/10 customer service.

This was the 4th and last item I’ve purchased in pairs from this shop. Item described as used was in good condition. Seller once again was very understanding and patient. This item was packaged well among the others that arrived and the box held up well from international shipping. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend this shop!!

Item arrived a little sooner than expected (international order) and was packaged very well. Everything was bubble wrapped and was in perfect condition. It actually seems brand new minus the original packaging. Every piece is accounted for and is all in perfect condition. We’re thrilled! Good seller communication too.
