The item arrived in perfect condition and as described. The paper seems fit for purpose and appropriately priced compared to online retailers. Initially, I received a different colour paper to the one originally ordered and after contacting regarding the mistake was sent out the correct paper without any further charge and no reposting hassle. Great seller and support.

Items received were not as described on the eBay site, or indeed, as ordered. They were not mini pens. The order was received in Amazon packing with an Amazon packing list. Contacted the supplier regarding the matters. It did not make sense to return the order because of the value & so agreed to keep the order and the supplier agreed to issue a small refund.
