I ordered The Princess and the Goblin VHS (new/sealed) from this seller. The original package got stolen somewhere in transport and the seller reached out immediately to notify me and re-send the item. They really went above and beyond; great customer service. I got the VHS this weekend and it's in great condition - a good value for the price. It was shipped in a safely packaged box. I would recommend this seller.

The seller shipped the item quickly and packaged it well, with caution stickers on the tube. Unfortunately, the package arrived late and was damaged in transit by the USPS.
