It is a set of 28, but it was an extremely small set, unlike the one I was looking for that has normal size dominoes. This seemed to be more like a miniature set that I could not tell until I opened the can. I kept it, but then found the exact, normal-sized set I was looking for that came in a wider tin can. I don't think the small size of the actual dominoes was mentioned anywhere, so I was disappointed as it was not at all the set I was looking for. Otherwise, service was fine.
