THIS is the tool I have been needing for a long time but couldn't afford, thanks for making it affordable - after using it a bit I can tell you this is a GOOD machine. it shipped fast and was packed superbly, I didn't have any issues so there was no need for customer service, but I'm sure that would have been good as well. thanks for being a trustworthy company, if, in the future, I need more tools this is where I am looking first
