Prompt shipping, with safe packaging. As described but was short of value, as the author did not catologued the different tools (particularly discontinued models) but went with only two examples (Swisschamp and Classic). Expected a bit more.

I love the bed warmer, but the shipping costs were excessive. The item was barely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a plastic bag. Nothing to prevent dents or breakage. The item was as described and I am very happy with the condition.
