As far as the shipping was concerned, it was amazingly fast. Like I mentioned on another review, I had ordered the original part from a Chevrolet part supplier. Three weeks passed and I still did not have a tracking number or any information. So I canceled the order. To their credit, they refunded my money immediately. Ordered a bed liner for my Ford Maverick. It arrived pretty quickly but with two holes in the front (cab side) of it. There is no way for me to know when/where the damage happened, but I refused delivery. Seller was very quick to respond and issued a refund the next day. I give 5 stars to the seller for their handling of the situation and I will look to purchase from them again.
