The seller gave great customer service. I ordered two items that were exactly the same - one arrived broken, one was good. I inadvertently chose the wrong seller and asked for a return. This seller was not the one who sold the broken item and we discussed the situation and realized what had happened. They did a great job providing patient and support and we figured it out. This broke sometime in transit here are some pictures. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and a brown Lowe’s home hardware store brown paper bag and it cracked off the base before I even opened it.
