AMAZING seller!! This throw pillow turned out to be smaller than I thought, so I asked the seller for a partial refund. She gave me a FULL refund instead! When I told her that I would be satisfied with a partial refund (50%), she said it was okay, and that she wanted me to have the pillow. I couldn't believe it! I felt bad about this, but she insisted. Just received my pillow with a lovely silver ribbon! I couldn't be happier. Looks exactly like the picture, is soft to the touch, and Astarion is just adorable. Seller was also excellent about communication. Will definitely buy from perfectlytuned again!
