Pardon the delay in responded. Was out of town for several days. I have checked the item, Made a short test run with it, and it functioned as it should. I was surprised that it was not a Porter Cable OEM item. The online picture showed it in Porter Cable packaging. It turned out to be made elsewhere and it much different from a genuine Porter Cable item. However, as I said above, it works.

A successful buying experience, the earplugs I ordered arrived quickly and were as described. The order was sent out by Amazon shipping. I personally prefer not to financially support Amazon so I was a bit disappointed about this fulfillment approach though the seller did nothing wrong.
