Shipping and wrapping of product for protection was excellent, to protect the damaged end of the box, which was described for customers to see. I have now fully charged it (19 hrs) and will try it out on the boxwoods as soon as the weather cooperates. I have a close friend who recommended the product to me and bought it at a hdw store. receive the item very quickly. The packages were sealed and the water filters were in good condition. The boxes were just a tad dirty like they had gotten wet or something but nothing that would affect the filter itself. I would definitely buy from the seller again. Very good! Thank you!

Leaving feedback for a ball not unpackaged yet. Delivered to mailbox per communication, but too much snow to get to mailbox. The transaction was totally smooth from the time of placing the order through to the safe delivery to the mailbox.
