Item ended up not as described, however, not at the inherent fault of the seller. The communication was perfect and amicable, and they easily accepted a return/refund. Too bad about the item, but seller did everything right by me!

Item arrived as pictured and described. Handling time took longer than expected, but seller did reach out and explained which was appreciated. Shipping took longer but this was due to carrier. Packaged well for shipping.

Definitely not new. If the box has been opened that’s not new. But it wasn’t damaged or in bad condition. I would have categorized it as open box. Other than that shipping was 9 bucks. Thanks though still a good seller.
