The UPS--the entity I requested this great Seller ship with--messed up, royally with this transaction; however, the succor of this attentive, affable & courteous Seller made this buying experience nothing short of sensational. The mask, itself--"used" in nature--has a "brand new" appearance, and was packaged, securely, shielding it from damage. But I must say--doing business with this Seller made my entire year! Shipping on time! Packaging was above and beyond! Inner clear, closed plastic wrap. Then covered with paper wrap. This was placed in a cardboard white box sized for the book. Book is as described with author Prof Gupta a pioneer in control systems. I had him for a course or two at SMU MS program Great value to anyone wanting to have a general background in continuous systems, discrete, systems and modern matrix forms. Book has examples throughout.

The shipping time for this was okay. The packaging was evidently pretty darn good because it got to me undamaged. And it was as described there was no discrepancy how it was described and how it got to me. For me wanting this I would say that the value was very good. If I find it they have something else that I cannot live with out I will purchase again from them.
