The item was exactly as described in his listing! I appreciated that the seller was so upfront about the box being damaged. The actual Pokemon ball was still sealed in plastic. The turn around time was great, I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I think this was a reasonable price given the condition of the box!
