Seller was on vacation when I purchased the item and even though their page explained that, they still took the time to write while on vacation to make sure I was ok with shipping my item after they came back (I really appreciate that). Upon their return, they shipped the item promptly, I received USPS tracking. They really took the time to pack every part very neatly with bubble wrap.
