We play every disc to ensure it will spin up an play. Cases are cleaned with alcohol prior to shrink wrapping Shrink wrapped after cleaning and inspection. Your disc may arrive shrink wrapped. We did this to protect the disc not to simulate that it is new. Comes in original case as far as we know. We do not substitute any cases. If we have the slip cover it will be included. Shipping Method of your choice. We let you pick your shipping speed. CDs can ship by media mail. However, be advised that this method is EXTREMELY slow. We suggest you choice at least First Class as it is usually only slightly more expensive but significantly faster. We track all shipments with tracking number provided! Great prices and shipping costs; so great I ordered 10 DVDs. The order came perfectly boxed for shipping and was delivered in good time. All items were as described and all DVDs played well, except one (specifically this item, Bad-der Santa) which played rough in the middle. The Seller was fast to refund me for the DVD that didn't play well. I will definitely use this seller again!
