Tracking is not included by default, orders over $15 are upgraded to media mail shipping for free, you can also select it on the shipping dropdown.

The carrier didn't follow the seller's directions. I received a multiple cd pieces inside a damaged envelope. I took pictures and contacted the seller. They replied within 24 hours. They apologized and thoughtfully sent a replacement compact disk. Easy transaction otherwise. Price was fair. I'll gladly do business again.
