The cups got delivered fast and without any problem (even considering the quite long distance). The packaging was adequate and secure, so I didn't have to worry about the cups getting damaged at all. Furthermore, the seller was extemely communicative. If it had come to a situation, where I would have needed some assistence, I am confident, that they would have helped me the best they could. Seller communicated in a timely manner. Item arrived damaged but contents inside were packaged very well and did not cause any damage to contents inside. Seller was understanding if item needed to be sent back due to damage but thankfully it did not come to that with the contents inside being packaged so well. Very happy in the end. Will save this Seller for future purchases

Came in excellent condition (Box was opened but the gears and geartozinger feel untouched) and as described It took longer to ship than i expected but once it did it got here in just 3 days (very quick!!) Packaged well and was cheaper than the other Geartozingers on the website Seller also communicated well Highly recommend buying from them!!
