An excellent transaction from start to finish. Terrific communication clear guidance how to minimize shipping issues including pre-paying taxes and duties. Machine was packaged very well and in terrific condition for a used item. The chain was clean and sharp, almost as if someone had sharpened it before shipping. I took the vendors advice and purchased a voltage reducer from an independant source to ensure that I did not damage the motor with 120v North American voltage.

It came in great condition better than in the photos it had no scratches or scuffs and seller put a screen protectors on to ensure that I was to stay in good condition and even threw in a travel case and heavily bubble wrapped to make sure no damage on shipping. Seller was great aswell just a little late due to time difference (US to Japan) everything was working great and came within 2 days of being shipped definitely would recommend to buy from shiba
