About This Items From "Gamera 3: The Awakening of Iris", "S.H.MonsterArts Gamera (1999)" has been repainted and remodeled in the "Kyoto Decisive Battle Ver." series. ◆Modeling The head has been remodeled with new modeling by Shinichi Wakasa, who has worked on many monster models, and Tomoo Haraguchi and Miki Takahama, who worked on the Gamera suit at the time. This recreates a Gamera that is closer to the impression in the film. ◆Coloring The coloring is based on the image of the battle in Kyoto in the film. In addition, the shell part is painted with paint that reproduces the same color as the actual suit, and then a top coat is applied to recreate the texture of the shell of the actual Gamera suit, which was originally produced by painting the back side of a transparent PVC board. ◆Accessories Includes an interchangeable arm part based on the Vanishing Fist that was also included with the 2018 version, as well as an interchangeable part for recreating the flying form. Okay this was actually the best experience I've ever had on eBay. Yf.trust.jpn went above and beyond and provided friendly and staller customer service, going so far as to describe how they'd package the figure and having me approve photos of it before shipping. The figure shipped quickly, arrived in its original box and both were in perfect condition. I can't write enough positive things, I'll definitely buy from them again.
