First off, Casalas was a joy to talk to. They provided accurate feedback, let me examine the figure before sending it, and were honest about the figure's condition. I lost my window on my special offer because I wanted to check the figure quality first but they still knocked off the amount offered when I asked. 10/10 shipping in my opinion. Packaging was AMAZING to start off. The figure itself is amazing!! A slight QC issue on SHF’s part, but nothing glue can’t fix. Figure was just as described, outside of QC. Seller was very responsive and quick to help me with any questions. Would highly recommend.
