For unsealed VHS tapes: The tape must be returned in the same working condition as described in the listing. Reasons for Returns : Defective or damaged items: If the VHS tape is defective or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange by providing evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the issue. Buyer’s remorse: Returns for reasons such as "changed mind" or "ordered by mistake" are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return Process : Contact us through eBay messaging to initiate a return. Please provide details of the issue and any supporting evidence. Once the return is approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Refund Policy : Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any initial shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error or damage. Purchase came in absolutely perfect condition and was securely packaged— tape on the outside to cover the gaps, and paper on the inside to make sure the game wouldn't get damaged during shipping.
